Class 4 have returned from the first expedition of the term. They braved the poor weather and completed 2 very wet days in the mountains.
Climbing and abseiling on Saturday was moved to a location in the valley offering more shelter from the rain. Students spent most of the day testing their skills on the vertical walls before abseiling off what was once the most difficult rock climb in Switzerland. The evening proved clear enough for some marshmallows over the fire and group games.
Sunday was supposed to be the brighter of the 2 days, this did not turn out to be true. But despite this, all of the students challenged themselves on the via ferrata and returned safely to the restaurant for a traditional raclette in front of the fire.
Every member of staff sang the praises of the students. They worked well together and represented Rosey in the best possible way.
Well done and thank you!
